Frequently Asked Questions

Generally, I will respond to your email within 24 hours, and usually much faster than that if I'm awake. If you haven't received a reply within this timeframe, one of the following is possible:

• Your email needs a longer response.
  If this applies to your email/inquiry, please allow me some time to draft a proper reply. Alternatively, you may send another email asking me to acknowledge that I've received your first email. I will send you the acknowledgement and send you the proper response to the first email once it is complete.
• Your email never reached my mail server for one reason or another.
  If I don't respond within the timeframe above, send me another email, or use alternative methods of contact.

Bluesky and Mastodon! I usually cross-post to both accounts, so feel free to follow only one or both! (I obviously cannot cross-post replies, though...)

The Twitter account that I have is only used because I can't see tweet replies without signing in. There will be no posts and messages will go unanswered. For all intents and purposes it doesn't exist.
